Capella Enterprises LLC fully licensed and insured through its associates, family operated business based in Las Cruces, NM.  Capella Enterprises owned and managed by Rodolfo Baca and managed by him, Eric Payan and Raul Saenz. Rodolfo Baca, Eric Payan and Raul Saenz with many years' experiences in the construction business and extensive experience teaming with other companies. Rodolfo also owns RB Transportation lLC.. MANS Construction teamed up with Raul Saenz, owner of Vista Consulting, to provide the Navajo Nation and other Native American Tribes with its construction needs.  Mans Construction will team up with Jumbo/Capella JV, a Navajo Joint Venture company, and the Sparrow Group, A Navajo Contractor to pursue small to mid-size projects with the Navajo Nation and other tribes.  The team will be striving to maintain high quality standards, friendly service and loyalty to all Native American clients.  Capella Enterprises LLC and Jumbo Enterprises has hired Vista Contractual Services and JKD Business Consulting for obtaining work within the Navajo Nation and other governmental agencies and obtaining bonding and expertise from affiliates for its client’s needs. Vista Consulting and JKD Business Consulting have formed a wide range of companies to provide the Navajo Nation with the resources and expertise that our organization has to offer, in relationship with construction. Navajo contractor, Elbert Jumbo, owner Jumbo Enterprises LLC and team up with Capella to form the Navajo Joint Venture and JV to team up with other construction companies, for instance Mans Construction, a very respected company, to provide qualifications, expertise, bonding capacity and financial structure to benefit the Nation on infrastructure, housing, commercial vertical construction, water line projects, environmental reclamation, roads, and many more projects and providing the Nation with all other construction needs.  Formation of Jumbo/Capella JV with other companies, small to multi-million-dollar companies will be able to bid many projects with the Navajo Nation and Native American tribes.  Another team member, Andrew Barreras, business and governmental consultant.
